REST API planned.
There is no live REST API, authentication service, query backend or uptime promise. Today’s public interface is a versioned, sharded static corpus of 37,294 project dossiers: 37,253 automated evidence scans and 41 deep evidence-reviewed files.

A future REST API should expose
evidence without hiding uncertainty.
Before launch it needs stable schemas, revision history, citation provenance, rate limits, cache semantics, correction states and licensing review. No route on this page should be interpreted as announcing that backend.
